Ms. Emmolo graduated Cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. While attending college full time, Ms. Emmolo was also the General Manager for a gourmet catering facility.

Upon graduation, she began her career with a Pharmaceutical recruiting firm. Ms. Emmolo then went on to join RMA Inc. as a Senior Recruiter and has been with the company since.
