Categorize your Message Center - What are the Categories? How can I use them?
Categories are similar to the typical folders in your standard email program. However, these categories are more.
You can use the categories just like folders if you choose. You can also have sub categories within a main category.
The biggest advantage to these categories come when you have other tools available. These categories will be cross linked and referenced to all your other tools... meaning you can see all your messages in a certain category but also easily be able to see your notes, bookmarks and any other tool records you have in that same category.
